'Weeds' pie/quiche
One of Björk's signature dishes. The crust contains spelt & wheat, quinoa, eggs, butter and the filling of feta cheese, kale, cherry cabbage, dandelions and lovage. Also served with a salad of kale with lemon dressing, cucumber and celeriac "coleslaw". Vegetarian

The Björk waffle
An uniquely hearty, and tasty vegetarian waffle. Made with Öland wheat and spelt flour. Flavored with cardamom and maple syrup. Served with banana, jam and cream or Turkish yogurt.
